1. Packaging
It is divided into two kinds: cold rolled coil cut into fixed length and cold rolled coil with coil packaging. As usual, it is packed with white iron sheet, lined with moisture-proof paper, bound with iron waist outside, and bound firmly to prevent friction between cold-rolled coils of inner window.
2. Specification
The standard thickness, length and overall width of cold rolled coil shall be indicated in relevant galvanized coil standards. The total width, length and width of galvanized sheet roll can also be determined according to customer requirements.
3. Appearance
Appearance: the treatment method in the coating process of cold rolled coil is absolutely different, and the appearance is also absolutely different, such as the appearance of ordinary zinc flower, fine zinc flower, leveling zinc flower, zinc flower free and phosphating treatment. The cold-rolled coil cut to a fixed length and its galvanized coil shall not have any errors harmful to the application, but the steel coil is allowed to have more electric welding positions.
4. Hot dip galvanizing quantity
Standard value of hot galvanizing quantity: hot galvanizing quantity is a reasonable method to imply the thickness of zinc layer of cold rolled coil. There are two kinds of double-sided hot-dip galvanizing (i.e. equal thickness hot-dip galvanizing) and double-sided hot-dip galvanizing (differential thickness hot-dip galvanizing).
